At Anarchy Auto Care, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and efficiently.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. During sales, promotions, or peak periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship Australia-wide using trusted courier and postal services.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days
Express Shipping: 1–4 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier delays outside of our control. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to selected countries, International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Please note:

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Anarchy Auto Care is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate at checkout.

Anarchy Auto Care is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply for returned or redirected parcels.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at anarchyautocare1@gmail.com

While we’ll do our best to assist, Anarchy Auto Care is not liable for parcels once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may be restricted from shipping to some locations due to carrier regulations. We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders where shipping restrictions apply.
